We are a team of 24, and Validé has more than 25 years of experience in developing businesses from idea to commercial success.
We evaluate around 500 ideas each year, and annually admit around 50 new companies to the incubator.
Validé offers a complete ecosystem for innovation, whether the ideas come from the research environment, established businesses or from entrepreneurs who want to start their own.
Validé offers growth programs for companies in various phases of their entrepreneurial journey. In the incubator, entrepreneurial teams receive one-to-one advice, and Validé invests in the most promising teams and ideas.

GründerAcademy for ambitious entrepreneurs
Twice a year, founders and new startups participate in our GründerAcademy in a 11 weeks program, without costs for the founders.
Here we connect Validé's expertise and network with start-up environments in Haugesund, Kristiansand, Bergen and Oslo.
Once a year, a jury chooses a winner among the participants in a regional and a national final, who receives the title «Entrepreneur of the year». SR-bank puts 350,000 in the winning pot.

EIRAccelerator special designed for health startups
EIRAccelerator is a digital accelerator, tailored for health technology companies in their early growth phase. The aim of the program is to help with industry-specific knowledge, tools and networks that can contribute to growth and upscaling for your company.
